[ixpmanager] MRTG GRAPH FAILLING

Hello Team

I followed mrtg configuration on this link https://docs.ixpmanager.org/grapher/mrtg/  but I can't see graphs as you can see on the link https://rwixpm.rinex.org.rw/statistics/switch , 
restarting mrtg no error 
/etc/init.d/mrtg restart
[ ok ] Restarting mrtg (via systemctl): mrtg.service.

And no logs recorded tail -f /var/log/mrtg/mrtg.log

Any hint on what is wrong.
