[ixpmanager] Problem on graph of second switch

Dear Team,
We have installed IXP Manager V4.7.3. Graph of first switch is showing
correctly. However graph of second switch is not being generated. Even
after adding switch, we can see the port details via snmp poling. We have
put switch name in small letters. How to fix this issue.
Looking forward for your help pls.
