[ixpmanager] No graph output

Hi,

Sorry for the delay replying to your questions about IXP Manager.  It's 
been a difficult time for INEX over the last couple of weeks 
(https://www.inex.ie/).

The first thing is to make sure that the GRAPHER_* options are set 
correctly in the .env configuration file.  Can you let us know how these 
are configured?

The next step is to ensure that the configuration file is generated with 
the correct contents and that the mrtg daemon is running.  Can you check 
this on your system?

If mrtg is correctly, you should see .log files being generated in 
whatever directory you specified with the GRAPHER_BACKEND_MRTG_WORKDIR 
variable in .env.  If there are files there, but you can't see them, 
then this is a relatively straightforward front-end / back-end 
misconfiguraton.
