systemd is truncating the full error text from mrtg, but the full error 
in this situation is: "Working directory XXXXXX does not exist".

This means that you've specified a directory in your .env file for MRTG 
which doesn't exist.

If you execute the following, it will show you what the problem is:

# mrtg /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg
