[ixpmanager] Adding Switch

"Error polling switch via SNMP" means that IXP Manager cannot contact
the switch.

Can you run this from the command line:

# snmpwalk -v 2c -c <snmpcommunity> <x.y.z.w>

... where "<snmpcommunity>" is the community you defined on the switch
and <x.y.z.w> is the IP address or hostname of the switch?

This should return a pile of output. If it returns nothing, then snmp
is misconfigured on the switch, or the ixp manager host cannot contact
the switch.
