[ixpmanager] IXPM v3 Graphs

Going to v4 is on my list of things to do, but usually upgrading something that's broken doesn't help it get unbroken. :-) 

Usually. 

My main problem... was that a switch's management interface was no longer reachable. Upgrading to v4 wouldn't have fixed that. ;-)

I'd suggest you'd be better off investing that time in just upgrading to 
v4 ;-)
