[ixpmanager] Upgrades, permissions, sudos, etc.

*nods* I saw that, but what's there didn't translate to me as to what I needed to do because of it. 

I have defined in .env: 

MAIL_DRIVER 
MAIL_HOST 
MAIL_PORT 
MAIL_PASSWORD 
NAIL_USERNAME 
MAIL_ENCRYPTION 


Ahh dang it! Nail vs. Mail. 

*sigh* So then I wonder why it worked before. 

Okay, typo corrected and I still don't see any packets. 

*sigh* If you're configured to use TLS, you're probably not going to see any packets on ports 25 or 587. I see packets now. On to the next stage of troubleshooting.

MAIL_xxx options are now honoured. 

Check what you have in .env?
