[ixpmanager] IXP Manager version

Hi,

How does one get the current version of IXP Manager ? It doesn't appear to
be linked to the Laravel Framework version.

ubuntu at ixpm1:/srv/ixpmanager$ *sudo ./artisan -V*
Laravel Framework 5.5.33
