[ixpmanager] BIRD Config Gen: Prefixes Not Being Exported; Strange Errors

Ebtsam,

Is the subnet /24 or longer ? The minimum IPv4 subnet size is /24 so you
need to use /24, /23, /22. I was suffering a similar issue with IPv6 where
the minimum subnet size is /48.
