[ixpmanager] Birdseye integration

Yes and see nothing. I have also confirmed that www-data has write
access to /storage/ and all subdirectories as instructed in the
installation doc:

I know Apache uses www-data by default -- does lighttpd as well? Not
as familiar with it.
