[ixpmanager] MRTG MaxBytes on Infra graphs

Anyone else experiencing an issue where the MaxBytes on the MRTG infra
graphing?

Mine seem off by a fairly large factor, and this is causing the graphs to
flatline.

If I manually change it it seems fine. (havent run it like that prolonged)
