[ixpmanager] How to use Virtual Interface Name and Bundle name with sflow stats in 4.6.0?

    Can you set the "Bundle Name" in the Vendors entry to be "Port-Channel
    and can you then execute:
    
    # mysql -u <username> -p ixp < tools/sql/views.sql
    
    And then restart sflow-to-rrd-handler?
    
    sflow-to-rrd-handler still uses these views, although this will change
    relatively shortly.
