[ixpmanager] 4.0

MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH easier than my first IXP Manager install a few years ago. I think my partner started, but with limited Linux knowledge gave up. I started over and it still took me a while to work through it all.

Start to successful login was pretty quick now. Obviously the work has only begun, but it is way nicer.

Thanks!

Done that way, install was successful. I'll move about the system now and see what's up.

Right. Fresh install, only modification was to add my login to sudoers so I could actually get into it remotely.

I could SSH into the host and then enter the container that way so I don't have to open root to SSH and I can get into root.

Hey Mike,

the script is, um.... opinionated. First required: fresh install of
Ubuntu. If it's not fresh then you'd probably need to step through the
file command by command...
