[ixpmanager] Error while Adding Switch on IXP Manager

Dear Dominik,

I have restarted the PHP indeed, and even restarted the server.
Still the same issue is occurring, not to mention that whenever I try even to add a switch manually, we have the same error occurring.

Did you restart Apache/fcgi-php after installing the extension?
