[ixpmanager] Error while Adding Switch on IXP Manager

Elia (and Mike),

I pushed updates to OSS_SNMP to cover the switches discussed.

If you do the following, it should work:

cd /srv/ixpmanager (or wherever you installed)
git pull
composer install
