So:

cd $IXPROOT (wherever you installed IXP Manager)
cp config/mailinglists.php.dist config/mailinglists.php
joe config/mailinglists.php (and follow the example)


Mailing list management was built to scratch a specific INEX-itch and 
not sure if one size fits all here or the medium / long term plans for 
this (either leave as is / improve).
