What's the output of:

php -r 'var_dump(function_exists("snmp2_real_walk"));'

Can you query it via SNMP on the command line? Like:

snmpget -c $community -On -v 2c $hostname .

And if so, can you provide the output of:

snmpget -c $community -On -v 2c $hostname .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0
snmpget -c $community -On -v 2c $hostname .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0
