[ixpmanager] FW: install IXP Manager

Hello Sir
but I have to install version 3.8 of IXP Manager on ubuntu 16.04.
and I have error on the following options:
1-customers
2-Interface
3-Contacts
4-Switches
5. IP Addressing

I put as an attachment error appears.
Please help me.
