[ixpmanager] Issues with Install

All,

I took a slight break and now I'm back at attempting to use this pretty
cool product.

I have however run into what I believe to be an issue.

During install step just after "GIT CLONE."  I'm getting no response to the
following commands.

git submodule init
git submodule update

During previous attempts at this product, I remembered output from those
commands.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
