Why does multiple IP addresses mean multiple MACs?

nope. multiple ports means multiple IP addresses which means multiple MAC 
addresses per port. INEX enforces single mac address per port in a way 
which is borderline stalinist. So no, multiple ASNs per port is not 
supported, nor will it be in future.
