Hmmm... not sure how it ever worked Mike. Looking at:

the test was: 

if( substr( $sysDescr, 0, 9 ) == 'FASTPATH Switching' ) 

which will never be true. 

Can you pull / hack in the following on your server: 

https://github.com/opensolutions/OSS_SNMP/commit/284d183bb08fe7d70e61efbcd9bfcec5fe2fdcce 

That should work and we'll update the foreign ref to OSS_SNMP on the 
next release.
