[ixpmanager] update-l2database.pl

Oh yeah, I had to add the -I section to get it to not complain about looking for Config.pm.

I'm no expert at programming or databases as you may have been able to tell form my posts thus far. I looked into update-l2database.pl and couldn't exactly figure it out. The error is indicating that it is pulling the "name" field from the database instead of the "hostname" field. In the Perl script, it is just referencing $host. 

Ideas?
