[ixpmanager] NetFlow vs. S-Flow

Damn, was hoping NetFlow made it in despite the stern warning elsewhere that it wasn't going it be. ;-) 

Currently we've got some Cisco in the fabric that obviously doesn't support S-Flow.

good catch. That should have been sflow. 

That text came from a separate perl library which used l2 netflow data from 
C6500 kit. The library was mostly rewritten and ended up in the perl-lib 
directory, while the peering matrix code was mostly migrated to php with an 
sflow feed. For some reason that text was never updated.
