[ixpmanager] E-mail environment

I was going through with a few things. How can I set the "from" address on the welcome mails? It's coming through as www-data. I didn't see a place in application.ini to change it.

Yes, parsed per request (or, preferably, per change if you have 
something like OPcache correctly configured).

The username / password is for SMTP auth (if you're using it). All 
emails send from the configured addresses.

Yes, if for nothing else, to catch DSNs 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bounce_message). 
There's nothing stopping you from using the same email everywhere btw.
