[ixpmanager] Changing IP address for an existing switch in the database

I've got some switches referenced in a test version of IXP Manager. I
needed to change the IP address and now I can't access them via SNMP.

There was an IP entry for the switches in the switch table and I changed
those. Now I see:

root at manager-grp1:/usr/local/ixp/bin# ./ixptool.php -vd -a
switch-cli.snmp-poll
Polling sw1-grp1 with SNMP request to sw1-grp1.ixp.nsrc.org
ERROR: OSS_SNMP exception polling ports for sw1-grp1 by SNMP
Polling sw2-grp1 with SNMP request to sw2-grp1.ixp.nsrc.org
ERROR: OSS_SNMP exception polling ports for sw2-grp1 by SNMP
Polling sw3-grp1 with SNMP request to sw3-grp1.ixp.nsrc.org
ERROR: OSS_SNMP exception polling ports for sw3-grp1 by SNMP

in the same directory, same user etc, I see:

root at manager-grp1:/usr/local/ixp/bin# snmpstatus -v2c -c xxxxxxxx
sw1-grp1.ixp.nsrc.org

13 interfaces are down!

If look with tcpdump then no polling happens using the ixptool above. Do I
just have to start again?

And no I'm not really using a 3745 to run an exchange - it's a teaching
setup in Dynamips.
