Anyway, your issue is your switch name:

Target[switch-aggregate-Phoenix IX Switch 0-bits]:

MRTG does not like spaces. Name it something like 'Phoenix-IX-Switch-0' 
and your config will end up as:

Target[switch-aggregate-Phoenix-IX-Switch-0-bits]:

which should work fine.
