[ixpmanager] problem with MRTG conf caused by line being written byIXP

Barry,  The difference is that there are unset ports in the snmp read for
the switch aggregate graph and those ports are not in the 
Aggregate graph section that is right below it.

Hello,

We are running into an issue with our IXP manager writing something to 
the mrtg config file that mrtg doesn't like.  Unfortunately the error 
message we're getting is not very helpful in troubleshooting. The 
problem is with one of the switch aggregate graphs and the error simply 
says the line "doesn't make sense".  Is there anything in this line that 
is obviously wrong?
