Here is good to discuss features.

An issue tagged as Feature on GitHub for discussed features / features
that don't need discussion.

There's an IDEAS file in the base directory where I am collating
various features / plans. I will move these to Github Issues in time.

There is a caveat in that feature requests may languish unless / until
we at INEX see a need for them. We don't have the resources to develop
specific features for other IXPs unless we can justify them / see them
as useful / great ideas.

We're happy to accept code contributions (after discussion). I need to
write up a doc on how to contribute code but essentially it would
follow the standard Github model:

a) discuss with us
b) fork repository
c) develop and commit
d) open pull request
