[ixpmanager] IXP Manager Implementation

Hi,

I have recently joined an IXP actually its called  Kenya Internet Exchange Point. We are currently the fastest growing IXP in Africa, was kindly requesting you assist me in explaining how you set up IXP manager, I have copied the files in my web server but the rest of the procedure is kind of vague, would you mind explaining to me on the said procedure or at least point me in the right direction.
